We are seeking a Data Cabling Installer to join Finevalley Communications. In this role, you will be responsible for installing the data cabling solutions (Cat6/Fibre) within working GP Practices and other NHS organisations.
Finevalley Communications are looking for data cabling engineers with the following experience:
- Experience in the installation of Cat5e/Cat6 and similar installations (i.e. Fire-alarm, CCTV and electrical).
- Experience with installation of containment (surface mounted trunking preferable).
- Experienced in the safe and correct use of access equipment and power tools.
- Use of hand and power tools safely for installation tasks.
- Have an excellent understanding of health and safety practice.
- Able to demonstrate good written, phone and in-person communication skills.
- No criminal record.
- Easy access to tube stations for travel.
Further details:
- Work is all over London and around the M25 corridor as far as Sussex.
- Company van (for Lead engineers, after probation period).
- Working in teams of two.
- There is an expectation of travel with these positions (varying depending on location of GP Practice etc.), subsidised where applicable.
