Finest Brands International, home to Champion Equestrian Safety and Toggi Clothing and Footwear, is now recruiting an E-commerce Trading Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with two established and highly respected brands and join a growing team.
As E-commerce Trading Manager, your daily role, tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute e-commerce trading strategies to achieve sales targets across Toggi & Champion globally. Plan and manage online promotions, campaigns, and events. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities. Identify trends and best practices in the e-commerce landscape and propose improvements. Develop and manage the online merchandising plan to optimise product display and presentation. Plan and develop strategies for new market launches.
- Website Optimisation & Performance: Monitor and analyse website performance, including key metrics like traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour. Implement and track website improvements and changes, including content updates, design changes, and functionality enhancements. Ensure a smooth and efficient online shopping experience for customers.
- Content, SEO and Digital Marketing: Develop and manage product catalogues, descriptions, images, and other content to attract customers and drive sales. Work on SEO optimisation to improve website visibility and organic traffic. Lead on digital marketing strategies to develop and implement online marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid advertising. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all online channels.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse sales data and website performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports on sales performance, website traffic, and other key metrics. Use data to make informed decisions and optimise e-commerce strategies.
Key Skills and experience for this role:
- Strong background and experience in e-commerce, ideally for a retail or apparel brand.
- Strong network of platform, media and agency partners in the e-commerce and digital media space.
- Experience of working with Shopify, Klavio and global experience preferred working with partners such as GlobalE.
- Commercially astute – looking for an individual who is highly driven and trade-focused.
- Great time management and organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- A passion and interest in all things equestrian.
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
