As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our newly formed Content Management Team, focused specifically on the UK market. This is an exciting opportunity for driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are motivated by the potential to earn uncapped commission.
In this role, you will spend a large part of your day speaking with senior business executives over the phone, alongside using LinkedIn and email outreach to generate new business opportunities. You will be responsible for making initial contact, building strong professional relationships, and confidently securing follow-up appointments. A personable and confident telephone manner is essential, as success in this position is built on effective communication and relationship-building through outbound calling.
This is a full-time role working 7:30amβ3:30pm, offering an excellent work-life balance while still providing the opportunity to maximise earning potential. While prior experience in a telephone-based sales environment is advantageous, it is not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate:
- Some experience in a sales environment is preferred, particularly in a phone-based role, but not essential
- Strong organisational skills, with the opportunity to develop 20+ new clients each month
- A positive outlook towards daily challenges and a winning mentality to succeed
- A willingness to continuously learn, with ongoing training and development provided
