Finelight Media are looking for an organised and proactive Artwork & Editorial Content Co-ordinator to join our publishing team. This is a fast-paced administrative role supporting the production of B2B publications for global clients. As our business continues to expand, this is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team and play a key role in our production process. Working closely with Editors and Designers, you will manage the flow of editorial content and advertising artwork, ensuring projects stay on schedule and materials are accurate and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day communication with clients via email and telephone
  • Arrange interviews with featured companies and collect advertising materials
  • Manage deadlines for copy, imagery, and artwork submissions
  • Organise and track editorial and advertising assets across multiple projects
  • Ensure submitted materials meet required specifications before going to design
  • Maintain accurate project records and workflows within HubSpot
  • Provide regular progress updates to internal teams
  • Check incoming copy and artwork for accuracy and usability

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confident dealing with clients by phone and email
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines in a busy environment
  • High attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365

Desirable:

  • Experience in publishing, editorial, or production environments
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat skills
  • Comfortable using Mac systems
