The predicted salary is between 28800 - 42000 £ per year.
After a successful 2024, we are excited to continue that momentum into 2025. As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our Content Management Team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are driven to succeed and motivated by the potential to earn uncapped commissions within our dynamic working environment.
You will be expected to make contact with senior business executives whilst also utilising LinkedIn and email approaches. The right candidate must be able to make initial contact, generate a business relationship and successfully appoint a follow-up call – you will need to be personable and confident!
While prior experience in a telephone sales setting is advantageous, it’s not mandatory, as we offer comprehensive training.
Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate:- Some experience in a sales environment is preferred, particularly in a telephone-based environment, but non-essential
- Strong organisational skills, as there will be the opportunity to develop upwards of 20+ new clients each month
- A positive outlook towards day-to-day challenges in a sales environment and a winning mentality to succeed
- A willingness to never stop learning, as we provide ongoing training and support
- The ability to work within a friendly and close-knit team
- Passion for their professional development, as we believe in giving our team a platform to grow their career with us; many of our senior leadership team started in this role!
- Salary – Competitive base + Uncapped Commission & Benefits
- Hours – Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5pm & Fridays 8:30am to 3pm
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
