We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and flexible Playworkers to support our wraparound care provision at the Finedon schools during the holiday periods. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and creating a safe, fun and engaging environment during the school holidays. This is a casual contract.
As a Playworker, you will:
- Supervise and engage children in a range of indoor and outdoor activities.
- Help create a positive, inclusive and nurturing environment.
- Support arts, crafts, games, sports and themed activities.
- Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing at all times.
- Work as part of a friendly and supportive team.
We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with primary-aged children.
- Is reliable, energetic and approachable.
- Has good communication and teamwork skills.
- Can use initiative and remain calm under pressure.
