The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and flexible Playworkers to support our wraparound care provision at the Finedon schools during the holiday periods. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and creating a safe, fun and engaging environment during the school holidays. This is a casual contract.

As a Playworker, you will:

  • Supervise and engage children in a range of indoor and outdoor activities.
  • Help create a positive, inclusive and nurturing environment.
  • Support arts, crafts, games, sports and themed activities.
  • Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing at all times.
  • Work as part of a friendly and supportive team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys working with primary-aged children.
  • Is reliable, energetic and approachable.
  • Has good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Can use initiative and remain calm under pressure.

The hours of work will be flexible.
