We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic HLTA to join our team of collaborative and inclusive staff at Finedon Mulso CE Junior School. We need an individual who is committed to providing the best education for our pupils. This is a full-time, permanent contract.

You will deliver sessions to cover teacher absence, PPA teacher release time and leadership release time. You should have a calm and empathic approach, be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for all teaching and learning activities and maintain confidentiality at all times.

We work together with our partner schools in the Learning for Life Education Trust, a locally based multi-academy trust. Visits to the school are welcome.

Hours of Work: 31 hours and 40 minutes per week, Monday to Friday, 8:40 am – 3:30 pm, 38 weeks per year. Please note that holidays cannot be taken in term time, but an allowance for holiday entitlement is paid accordingly.

Salary: Grade G, Point 8 - 12 (£26,824 - £28,599 pro rata, per annum)
