Fine Move Ltd is an established Temporary Accommodation provider working with local authorities across London. We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Landlord Acquisition Officer to source residential properties and build relationships with landlords and letting agents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and approaching private landlords, estate agents and letting agents to secure new properties.
- Generating leads through telephone calls, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings and assessing suitability.
- Negotiating rental rates and commercial terms to secure new property agreements.
- Promoting Fine Move's accommodation services and developing long-term landlord relationships.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective properties.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure properties meet required standards and compliance requirements.
- Working towards agreed property acquisition targets.
This is a hands-on, target-driven role offering opportunities for commission and career progression.
