We are looking for Stage Sales Assistants for 36 hours per week to join the team at our store in Naples at the NAPOLI CC QUARTO NUOVO shopping centre. If you want to grow in a dynamic and future-oriented environment, this is the opportunity for you!
In collaboration with your tutor, you will experience a highly formative experience, acquiring transversal skills that will allow you to closely understand the dynamics of a store and the strategies that characterise the success of a brand.
Duration: 6 months | Hours: 36 hours per week on shifts
The internship is exclusively aimed at candidates without previous experience in the Retail sector, interested in developing skills in assisted sales and operational management of a store.
What you will do during your internship:
- Provide concrete support in creating an engaging and positive shopping experience
- Collaborate in maintaining order in-store and in the warehouse
- Learn to enhance products following the company's Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Participate with the Team in receiving incoming goods, supporting receiving and storage activities
- Understand the main KPIs aimed at achieving business objectives
Requirements:
- No previous experience in the Retail sector (assisted sales)
- Strong interest in fashion and retail sales
- Proactivity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
- Teamwork and collaboration attitude
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
