Pardgroup, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, is looking for a new Project Manager to join its UK team in London.
Position
Reporting to the Head of Projects, the Project Manager will work closely with the production and delivery teams and will carry out the following activities:
- End-to-end project ownership including all aspects of assigned client portfolios, including tendering, project delivery, and account management;
- Coordination and supervision of retail fit-out projects;
- Management of the entire workflow, from gathering the client brief to developing technical drawings and supervising the construction site;
- Preparation of bills of quantities, cost analysis, and support in preparing client offers;
- Monitoring project progress against deadlines, budget, and quality standards, and resolving any critical issues;
- Support in evaluating suppliers, materials, and subcontractors;
- Verification of compliance with safety regulations and quality standards including RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
Requirements
You will have:
- At least 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role within luxury retail;
- The ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and sites simultaneously, all at different stages of delivery;
- Knowledge of IT software and programs (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD, MS365);
- A deep understanding of bespoke production techniques, materials, and finishes for windows, pop-ups, events, and exhibitions;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, a collaborative attitude, with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Other information
Fluency in Italian is desirable; a background in architecture or technical design would be advantageous.
