We are offering a small number of highly lucrative self-employed roles for Prime Central London Property Experts who wish to partner with us on an exciting new venture in Prime Central London (PCL) with the power of an international and national brand behind them. Access to our Park Lane office to meet clients and buyers or run property exhibitions is provided.
Fine & Country is a global network of licensed real estate offices specialising in the marketing and sale of luxury residential property. With offices in 300 locations worldwide, we offer international exposure and local expertise, backed by independent property professionals knowledgeable about their local markets.
Responsibilities:- Partner with Fine & Country on a self-employed basis for Prime Central London property activities.
- Utilise the international and national brand to attract clients and opportunities.
- Meet clients and buyers in the Park Lane office or conduct property exhibitions.
- Lead generation or networking as core activity to develop Prime Central London opportunities.
- At least 2–3 years of listing experience in Prime Central London (PCL) and ideally a black book of Prime Central London clients.
- Proficiency in Real Estate legal requirements and compliance.
- Knowledge of short leases and dealing with high net worth individuals.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in the luxury property market is a plus.
