Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Agent, located in London. The Experienced Agent will be responsible for marketing and selling luxury residential properties, managing client relationships, and advising clients on the real estate market. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating sales, preparing contracts, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values. The role also requires networking with potential clients and collaborating with other property professionals.

• Experience in real estate sales, property marketing, and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation and market analysis skills

• Knowledge of the Essex real estate market and luxury property sector
