Fine & Country has an immediate opening for an Associate to work in the upper quartile property market within the Newcastle or Northumberland areas.

What you do:

  • Liaise with high-net-worth clients regarding their property sale
  • Be responsible for your own lead generation by prospecting for new business
  • Work closely with clients from the initial enquiry/contact, conduct market appraisals, viewings, negotiate offers and ensure the transaction runs smoothly through to completion
  • Provide exceptional service to the clients

  • An experienced Agent, who has sold luxury homes across Northumberland or the Newcastle area

  • You will provide the highest levels of customer service and have exceptional interpersonal skills providing a bespoke ‘wrap around’ service to clients
  • You will believe in ongoing personal and professional development
