Fine & Country has an immediate opening for an Associate to work in the upper quartile housing market in South East London.
What you do: You will focus solely on the upper quartile of the property market, offering each client a bespoke marketing strategy utilizing local, national, and international exposure through the Fine & Country network. You will work closely with clients from initial enquiry to key handover, marketing their home to achieve maximum exposure and the highest possible price, following the Fine & Country Presentation, Exposure & Service proven strategy.
What we do: We support with administration, calls, appointment bookings, marketing, sales progression, lead generation, and exposure. We provide marketing agreements, payment chase, social media campaigns, property portals, local market campaigns, leaflets, and targeted online advertising.
