Pay range and compensation package
Earnings Potential: Fine and Country agents earn on average between £8,000 and £10,000 per completed sale. Exchange on one sale per month and your earnings exceed £100,000 per year. OTE £100,000 to £120,000+ based on one to two completions per month. Commission is uncapped and directly tied to the instructions you win. Higher average fees reflect the premium market you operate in. Advanced commission options available to speed up your first income.
