Responsibilities
- Work on the sale and letting of luxury homes in Canary Wharf (E14 & E16 postcodes)
- Consult with affluent, HNW and UHNW clients on strategies to secure the best price in the market
- Provide a personalised and responsive service throughout the clients’ move journey
- Build and maintain a network of high‑value clients and landlords in the E14 & E16 area
- Ensure compliance with all real estate legal requirements and regulations

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in valuing and listing properties in the £1.5m+ bracket
- Highly motivated, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently
- At least 2‑3 years of listing experience in and ideally a black book of E14 & E16 clients and landlords
- Proficiency in real estate legal requirements and compliance
- Knowledge of short leases and dealing with high net worth individuals
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
