We have a small handful of highly lucrative self-employed roles available for Property Experts who wish to partner with us in South East London. With the power of an international and national brand behind them and access to our fantastic offices including our head office in Park Lane, we have over 35 current listings at an average of £2.7m (ranging from £650,000 Studios to £20m Mansions) providing the opportunity for immediate sales.

Role Description: Self Employed

Are you an experienced Sales and Lettings Estate Agent? Would you like to work on the sale and letting of luxury homes in South East London? Are you a motivated, driven, professional individual with excellent knowledge of the local area and strong networking links? We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a passion for working with low volume, high value, discerning clients combined with a desire to ensure a personalised and responsive service throughout the clients’ move journey.

The office covers the SE, BR and E14 & E16 postcodes, and we would like you to join our experienced team and start the journey to becoming a Fine & Country Marketing consultant. You will be consulting with affluent, HNW and UHNW clients on creating and overseeing a strategy to get them the best price in the market.

Suitable Candidate:

  • Experience in valuing and listing properties in the £1.5m+ bracket.

  • At least 2-3 years of listing experience and ideally a black book of Clients and Landlords in the areas you wish to cover.
  • Proficiency in Real Estate Legal Requirements and Compliance
  • Knowledge of short leases and dealing with high net worth individuals
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
