We are seeking a confident, driven Estate Agent who thrives on achieving outstanding results and delivering exceptional client service. In this role, you will consistently go above and beyond to ensure a first-class experience, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and the ability to maximise opportunities.
You will manage and grow a portfolio of premium residential sales properties, including prospecting for new market appraisals, securing instructions, and preparing high-quality marketing materials. Working closely with our bespoke marketing strategy, you will launch properties effectively and proactively match them with the right buyers by leveraging our database and registering new applicants.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market appraisals, viewings, negotiating offers and contracts, managing compliance requirements, and overseeing sales progression through to completion.
- Committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients through exceptional presentation, marketing exposure, and customer service.
- Staying informed about the prime property market, including new listings, pricing trends, and competitor activity.
- Building a strong network of industry professionals such as solicitors, surveyors, and buying agents.
- Ongoing training and professional development, including working towards mandatory Estate Agency qualifications.
