Overview
Fine & Country has an immediate opening for an Associate to work in the upper quartile property market within York.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with high-net-worth clients regarding their property sale
- Be responsible for your own lead generation by prospecting for new business
- Work closely with clients from the initial enquiry/contact, conduct market appraisals, viewings, negotiate offers and ensure the transaction runs smoothly through to completion
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Provide exceptional service to the clients
