We’re looking for a commercially minded, proactive Sales & Client Executive to join our expert team and play a pivotal role in helping us grow. At Fine Art Restoration Co, we restore artworks and objects with care and precision — from historic paintings to Banksy murals. Our clients include private collectors, insurers, interior designers, and galleries. Each project is unique — and every client expects exceptional results.
This is a sales-focused role where you’ll be responsible for turning enquiries into projects, deepening client relationships, and driving revenue through both inbound and proactive outreach. You’ll also identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our services, working closely with the studio and leadership team to deliver outcomes that delight our clients and grow the business.
What You’ll Do- Convert inbound enquiries from collectors, insurers, and institutions into confirmed restoration projects.
- Conduct targeted outbound outreach to reconnect with previous enquirers, generate new leads, and build lasting relationships in key sectors.
- Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services and follow-on work.
- Produce persuasive quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications that lead to successful project wins.
- Represent the business in client appointments, calls, and events — always reflecting our values of care, expertise, and creativity.
- Collaborate with our conservation team to scope accurate timelines and costings.
- Keep our CRM (Pipedrive) up to date with all activity, pipeline performance, and sales metrics.
- Analyse enquiry trends and help refine how we convert leads into lasting client partnerships.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or client development — ideally in a luxury, creative, or service-based industry.
- A confident, consultative communicator who’s comfortable owning relationships and driving conversion.
- Commercially astute — understands pricing, value, positioning, and building long-term trust.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and excellent at written and verbal communication.
- Experience with CRMs such as Pipedrive and confidence using digital tools.
- An ability to analyse lead and sales data to improve performance and prioritise effort.
- A genuine interest in art and conservation is a strong advantage.
- A base salary of £30,000–£35,000, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission — with realistic OTE of £38,000–£45,000+.
- Clear progression opportunities, with a path to Sales Manager or Business Development Lead for high-performing team members.
- Work on extraordinary projects with clients who care deeply about their collections.
- Join a fast-growing, purpose-led company shaping the future of conservation in the UK and internationally.
- Be part of a tight-knit, values-driven team that’s passionate about quality, craftsmanship, and doing things the right way.
- A studio environment that reflects the work we do — calm, focused, beautiful, and built around care and attention to detail.
- A culture of trust, autonomy, and continual development — we’ll support you to grow, with structured onboarding, mentoring, and performance coaching.
- Practical benefits including free on-site parking, relaxed dress code, and regular team lunches, workshops, and celebrations.
