The Role
Hybrid Executive Assistant & Personal PA to support the founding directors of a fast-growing international company across both business and personal lives.
This is a unique role at the centre of a dynamic international business and a busy family household. You will act as a trusted right hand to the Directors, ensuring smooth operations, strong financial oversight, effective staff management, and seamless coordination of business and family priorities.
Business (c.70%)
- Proactively manage diaries, inboxes, and priorities for both Directors.
- Support financial administration: expenses, reconciliations, approvals, payments, and liaising with accountants.
- Coordinate projects across the company, the charitable foundation, and the property portfolio.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and briefing packs ahead of meetings and events.
- Liaise with clients, trustees, and professional partners with professionalism and warmth.
- Arrange complex UK, US, and international travel itineraries.
- Track deadlines and actions, ensuring projects and commitments move forward.
- Manage and coordinate support staff — ensuring tasks are delegated, priorities are clear, and the team operates efficiently.
Personal (c.30%)
- Coordinate family schedules, including school diaries, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Support household and property management: liaising with tenants, trades, and contractors.
- Assist with planning family travel, holidays, and events.
- Handle day-to-day personal admin, errands, and ad hoc projects.
About You
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or PA (5+ years preferred) supporting senior leaders, founders, or entrepreneurs.
- Experience managing or coordinating staff, ensuring tasks are delivered effectively.
- Familiarity with financial administration: expenses, invoices, reconciliations, and working with accountants.
- Full UK driver’s licence — essential for local travel, errands, and property visits.
- Discreet, loyal, and professional — able to handle confidential information with absolute trust.
- Highly organised and detail-focused, able to juggle business and personal priorities seamlessly.
- Warm, professional communicator, comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders, staff, and family alike.
- Tech-savvy: confident with Google Suite, Xero or similar finance tools, and modern online systems.
- Flexible and adaptable in working hours — occasional evenings or weekends may be required around business or family schedules.
Package
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
