Purpose of the role This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing conservation business at a pivotal point in its development. The Operations Assistant will play a key role in supporting the coordination and organisation of day-to-day operations across the studio and office, contributing directly to how work is planned, tracked and delivered. The role offers visibility across a wide range of projects and the chance to be closely involved in the operational running of a specialist studio.
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination and tracking of studio and operational workflows
- Assist with organisation, documentation and quality checking of works in progress
- Help prepare operational documentation, reports and supporting materials for projects
- Provide coordination and administrative support on larger or more complex projects
- Liaise with studio, office and logistics teams to ensure work progresses smoothly
- Maintain clear records and operational oversight to support effective decision-making

About You
- Degree educated (or equivalent qualification/experience)

Location & salary
Based at our flagship Cumbria studio. Salary: £28,000–£33,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
