BUILD THE SME GROWTH ENGINE - AND OWN A PIECE OF IT
FindXtra (formerly OutsourceXtra) is building the next-generation marketplace for flexible, high-quality business talent - and we’re looking for a Co-Chief Growth Officer (SME) to co-own, co-lead, and scale our SME growth engine. This is not simply a marketing job. This is not simply a sales job. This is a commercial ownership role. If you’re tired of driving growth for someone else’s benefit & their balance sheet - and want to own the outcomes you create - this role was built for you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- FindXtra has strong foundations:
- A live MVP (platform)
- Early traction
- Proven & growing industry
- A growing exec team who understands systems, scale, and execution
What we need now is a commercial leader to take full ownership of SME customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth - while a second Co-CGO (Enterprise) will be hired in Q3/Q4 2026 to focus exclusively on large-scale partnerships and enterprise contracts. This role gives you full autonomy and ownership of SME growth, without being diluted by enterprise complexity.
YOUR REMIT AS CO-CGO (SME)
- You own end-to-end growth for SMEs - strategy and execution.
- Commercial Ownership
- Own the entire SME growth strategy (sales + marketing combined)
- Design, test, and scale the SME acquisition engine
- Take responsibility for SME pipeline, and conversion
- Personally close early and strategic SME deals
- Build and refine outbound & inbound SME sales processes
- Shape packaging, and positioning for SMEs
- Create scalable playbooks for future sales hires
- Own SME-focused marketing strategy and execution
- Work closely with internal teams on:
- Messaging
- Campaigns
- Content
- Brand positioning for SMEs
- Act as one of the public faces of FindXtra (content, calls, visibility)
- Collaborate closely with the Founder / CEO
- Join regular strategy, planning, and execution sessions
- Operate hands-on, this is a builder role, not an ivory-tower seat
- 10–25+ hours per week, flexible
- You decide the intensity - outcomes matter more than hours
COMPENSATION & EQUITY
This is an equity-first role, not a salaried one (yet). What’s on Offer:
- Up to 12% equity
- Milestone-based equity, tied to SME revenue, growth, and scale targets
- A permanent seat at the leadership table
- Future salary, bonuses & commission once revenue milestones are sustainably achieved
- Potential long-term progression into broader leadership as the business scales
This role is for someone who understands that: Ownership compounds. Salaries cap.
OUR MISSION
At FindXtra, we’re building the future of work by:
- Making elite talent accessible to SMEs without bloated overheads
- Normalising flexible, remote-first working models
- Helping SMEs compete in a world disrupted by AI and automation
- Building systems that work for people - not just corporations
We’re not reacting to change.
THE IDEAL CO-CGO (SME)
You’re commercial, entrepreneurial, and execution-driven. You likely bring:
- 5+ years in senior sales, marketing, or growth leadership
- Strong experience in SME-focused businesses (SaaS, marketplaces, recruitment, services, platforms)
- A proven ability to turn strategy into revenue
- Comfort owning both sales and marketing, not hiding behind one
- A builder’s mindset - you enjoy creating systems from scratch
- High autonomy, resilience, and bias toward action
- Confidence showing up publicly (calls, content, visibility)
- A deep desire to build equity, not just income
If you’ve ever thought: “I’ve made other people wealthy with my hard work & skills - it’s time I owned the upside” this is your lane.
IMPORTANT CONTEXT
This role is SME-only. A separate Co-CGO (Enterprise) will be hired in Q3/Q4 2026. You will not be stretched across enterprise complexity.

If this resonates, we’d love to hear from you. This isn’t a role for everyone. But for the right person, it’s a career-defining opportunity.
