About The Role
We are looking for empathetic and positive individuals to join us as Student Success Coaches. This online role focuses on student wellbeing, motivation, and goal-setting, supporting young people not only with their studies but also with their personal growth.
As a Student Success Coach, you will help students overcome academic stress, improve focus, and develop strong organisation and study skills through flexible online sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Support students in setting and achieving personal and academic goals.
- Teach effective study habits, time management, and mindset strategies.
- Encourage motivation, confidence, and resilience.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for students to express challenges and progress.
Requirements
- No formal coaching experience required.
