You will help clients find their perfect hires and guide talented professionals into roles where they can make a difference. And yes — you will have fun doing it!
Key Responsibilities- Manage recruitment for clean energy and infrastructure roles – from sourcing candidates to successful placement.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates – act as a trusted partner, not just a recruiter.
- Identify top talent, conduct screenings and interviews, and match them to the right opportunities.
- Keep up-to-date on market trends, salary benchmarks, and the latest opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
- Support business growth by spotting new opportunities and spreading the FindTalent magic.
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in clean energy, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – you enjoy connecting with people!
- Strong business development skills with a drive to hit targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the US clean energy and infrastructure market is a plus.
- Experience recruiting technical or engineering roles in clean energy or infrastructure.
- Existing network in the US clean energy and infrastructure sector.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
