A fast-growing scale up is looking for a Senior HRBP to drive change. This is a role for a hands-on, proactive HR professional who thrives in startups and enjoys turning ideas into action. The Senior People Partner will own the people agenda across teams, working closely with senior leadership to overhaul people management practices, drive cultural change, and create scalable frameworks for performance, engagement, and wellbeing.

Currently, the HR/People function is evolving, and this individual will be central to shaping it—helping the team adopt change, embedding best practices, and potentially leading the search for additional senior hires to strengthen the function. It's an opportunity to make a visible impact in a fast-paced, purpose-led business, where growth and innovation are part of the daily rhythm.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Redesigning people management practices: Build an in-house framework for performance management, onboarding, development, and engagement.
  • Driving cultural change: Instil a proactive, growth-oriented mindset across the HR/People team and wider organisation.
  • Partnering with leaders: Coach and advise senior managers, helping them lead confidently through growth and change.
  • Designing and delivering people programs: Lead initiatives across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to learning and development, engagement, and wellbeing.
  • Streamlining and scaling operations: Simplify processes, embed scalable practices, and ensure people operations are efficient, human, and fit for a fast-growing company.
  • Embedding values: Strengthen belonging, connection, and alignment with the company's culture through initiatives, rituals, and everyday practices.
  • Shaping HR team growth: Contribute to the development of the HR/People team, with the potential to hire and mentor senior colleagues.

The right person will have:

  • Experience in scaling startups, comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid growth.
  • A generalist HR background with a strong focus on the people side, not just compliance or employee relations.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach, thriving when ownership and execution go hand-in-hand.
  • The ability to influence and collaborate across teams while acting as a trusted advisor to leadership.
  • Ambition to grow into a more senior HR/People leadership role over time.
