With clients including Deutsche Bank, Santander, and other enterprise organisations, they are introducing an agentic AI element—autonomous systems that reason, act, and adapt in real time—pushing the boundaries of AI-driven software testing.

Role Overview: The Head of Product will lead product strategy for the agentic AI product line, ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-impact solutions that developers and enterprise clients love. This senior leadership role combines strategic vision, operational execution, and team leadership, with direct responsibility for shaping the product roadmap, defining success metrics, and scaling the product organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product vision and strategy for the agentic AI product line.
  • Lead and manage a team of product managers focused on the core product, with the scope to expand as the agentic line grows.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and research teams to translate advanced AI capabilities into reliable, intuitive product experiences.
  • Engage directly with enterprise clients and developers to gather insights, identify pain points, and validate product decisions.
  • Prioritise and deliver product initiatives that balance immediate impact with long-term strategic goals.
  • Define, track, and iterate on success metrics, using quantitative and qualitative feedback to inform decisions.
  • Establish and scale product management processes, mentoring and developing the product team.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure go-to-market alignment and effective product positioning.
  • Contribute to company-wide strategic decisions regarding product direction, partnerships, and market positioning.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product leadership roles within AI-driven startups, ideally from early stage through to scale or exit.
  • Deep expertise in agentic AI and autonomous systems, with a strong understanding of how AI can be applied to real-world software workflows.
  • Experience managing and scaling product teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills in high-growth environments.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in testing, QA, or developer tooling.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software clients and B2B SaaS.
  • Experience delivering AI products that integrate with modern developer workflows (e.g., cloud IDEs, vibe coding).
