Chief of Staff (Permanent)

Chief of Staff / Head of Strategy & Growth London (or international for exceptional candidates) | £100–125K Sector: AI / Enterprise Software / B2B SaaS: One of the most ambitious enterprise AI companies in the UK is looking for a Chief of Staff / Head of Strategy & Growth to help scale the company across global markets. Already working with some of the world’s most demanding software teams, our client is solving the biggest bottleneck in enterprise software: testing. This is a hybrid strategic and growth-focused role for someone close to the action in a high-growth B2B tech company or venture fund. You’ll take ownership of new revenue initiatives, play a key role in geographic expansion (Japan, US, Middle East), and help prepare the company for upcoming fundraising rounds – including managing the data room and investor materials. Ideal for someone with 4–5 years’ experience and a razor-sharp commercial mind who wants to embed deeply in a scaling, product-driven company.
