We are a leading stock broking company based in India, specializing in serving Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) and high-frequency trading (HFT) firms. With robust infrastructure and a successful track record, we are looking to expand our presence internationally.

We are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in Singapore and other key markets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in onboarding FPI clients and cultivating relationships with HFT firms. This role requires extensive knowledge of trading products and technologies, as well as a thorough understanding of regulatory compliances across different jurisdictions.

KRA

  • Identify and onboard new FPI clients in UK and other targeted markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the financial industry, including HFT companies.
  • Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and seminars.

Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent degree with a strong academic background.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role focused on onboarding FPI clients.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in other foreign languages is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of trading products, financial markets, and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliances related to FPI investments.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Established network within the FPI and HFT communities, particularly in UK.
  • Prior experience with brokerage firms or financial institutions.
