Our client is a high-quality provider of sports coaching, in-school PE delivery, after school clubs and holiday camps in the Surrey area.

Salary: £22-24k DOE

Location: Camberley, GU15 (requires travel within 15mi radius)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver School PE PPA provision & PE Teacher Training
  • Run school lunchtime and afterschool clubs
  • Provide holiday camp site leadership
  • Offer evening football club professional training
  • Maintain sales focus and excellent customer service, nurturing existing relationships and cultivating new business opportunities
  • Perform any additional tasks required by the Directors

Requirements

  • A passion for, and at least 2 years experience of, working with children and/or young people aged 4 to 18 years
  • Hold a childcare/playwork, sport or teaching related degree (or relevant qualification)
  • Hold a minimum of one sport qualification from a recognised National Governing Body at level 2
  • Hold, or be willing to attend training for, a valid paediatric first aid/safeguarding qualification
  • Experience implementing high standards of safeguarding
  • Detail‑oriented, especially with respect to following policies and health and safety
  • Vibrant and resilient team player with leadership skills to inspire staff and children
  • Flexible, adaptable to changing circumstances and dynamic situations on camp
  • Ability to tailor delivery and structure according to age and ability
  • Strong organisational and communication skills

Additional Benefits

  • Annual bonus up to 7.5 % of salary, distributed as follows:
    • 2.5 % based on overall 360 Company financial performance
    • 2.5 % based on 360 Holiday Camp financial performance
    • 2.5 % based on achieving Behaviour Scores for the following traits (as rated by the two Owners/Directors)
  • Other benefits include:
    • Car Valeting Allowance – £100 per year
    • Winter Clothes Allowance – £100 per year
    • Training Development Pathway, including payment for all training
    • Nest Auto‑enrolment Pension Scheme (3 % Basic Salary employer contributions)
    • Travel car expenses – 25p per mile for every mile over 24 miles per day
    • Annual leave: 25 days annual allowance (plus all bank holidays and 3 days between Christmas and New Year when the office is closed) – entitlement increases by one day each second anniversary up to a maximum of 31 days plus public holidays
    • Additional bonus payments for 50 % of the overall fee that 360 receive for a birthday party (e.g., £120 received, you receive £60)
