We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing IT consulting firm in the financial services sector. As they scale their remote operations, they’re looking forreliable, detail-oriented professionalsto join theirCustomer Support and Risk Monitoring team.
This is a fully remote role ideal for those with strong written English and experience in customer service, account support, or financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries via email and live chat
- Support account-level tasks: transaction review, identity verification, account recovery
- Flag suspicious behavior and assist fraud monitoring efforts
- Maintain CRM records accurately
- Follow daily workflows and meet performance targets
- Collaborate with compliance and CX teams as needed
About You:
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented and able to follow protocols
- Discreet when handling sensitive financial/personal data
- Experience in customer support, financial services, or fraud investigation preferred
- Available full-time (Monday–Friday, UK hours)
- Stable internet connection and quiet work-from-home setup
Security Requirements:
- AnEnhanced DBS checkis required (we can assist with fast-tracked processing or accept a recent one within the last 3 months).
