We are presently searching for an HR & Training Officer to join our esteemed client based in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire.
This role supports site line managers by offering initial HR advice and assistance, while overseeing the full deployment and maintenance of the Bright HR management system to ensure compliance.
Additionally, they provide guidance and coaching to line managers, lead Company inductions for new colleagues, even accommodating those with limited English proficiency.
Furthermore, the role offers opportunities for ongoing development within HR, with potential for progression to HR Manager.

- Monday-Friday - 8:00am-4:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and integrate Bright HR system for managers and staff.
- Manage HR admin and maintain accurate employee data.
- Ensure thorough new starter inductions.
- Resolve employee issues promptly and fairly.
- Support site compliance with SMETA standards.
- Coordinate training plans and ensure certifications are up-to-date.
- Promote employee welfare and engagement.
- Uphold health & safety and food safety standards.
Requirements
- Degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Experience in HR admin and compliance.
- Proficiency in Bright HR and MS Office.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and organised.
