Mann and Co in South Croydon, our well-known Estate agency, require an Experienced Mortgage Advisor to join them – OTE £60k in this tranquil suburban leafy neighbourhood.

Main responsibilities:

1. Building relationships with the Estate Agency teams in order to provide training and support.
2. Attracting new customers and business, whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
3. Walking our customers through the entire mortgage service, including providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.
4. Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships.

Skills and experience required:

1. Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
2. Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
3. Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
4. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
7. A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
