As a Valuer you will take responsibility for identifying and developing new business opportunities and converting leads to secure new instructions for the letting office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Development and implementation of a new business strategy
  • Actively create contacts and leads for business generation
  • Attend networking events to build strong local relationships
  • Source potential new business opportunities
  • Successfully convert new business opportunities
  • Attend market appraisal appointments, sell the FK service and bring on new clients for all FK divisions
  • Bring energy and focus to the team, always leading by example
  • Proactively increase the income for the office

Knowledge, skills and experience required to be a successful Valuer:

  • Minimum three years experience in sales/lettings estate agency
  • Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding targets
  • Naturally hungry for new business conversion
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
  • Strong legal knowledge via Property mark Technical Award qualification
