We work with solicitors, local authorities, and private clients to locate missing heirs, reunite families, and resolve complex estate matters. About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing and Events Executive to join our team on a maternity cover contract for 12 months. This role is perfect for a hands-on creative who enjoys working on a variety of marketing and event projects. You will support campaigns across Public Sector and Private Client Services, helping us deliver impactful experiences both online and in person. This is a flexible hybrid role, with time split between our London office (N1) and home working, plus occasional UK travel to attend events.

What You Will Do

  • Project Management: Support end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, including direct mail, email marketing, social media, and events (online and in-person)
  • Event Coordination: Assist with planning and attending events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, clients, partners, and suppliers to ensure successful execution of initiatives
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and newsletters
  • Social Media Strategy: Create and manage consistent, informative social media schedules across multiple platforms
  • Budget Management: Monitor event budgets and calculate ROI for in-person events
  • Data Management: Keep shared documents and systems (PGMS, HubSpot) organised and up to date
  • Client Engagement: Coordinate marketing materials and gifts for client engagement
  • PR Support: Assist with public relations tasks and contribute to the overall PR strategy
  • Ad Hoc Support: Help with various tasks to ensure smooth marketing and events operations

What We Are Looking For
