Finder is looking for a hungry, high-energy Junior Salesperson to join our London team. This position is laser-focused on outbound activity and new business acquisition. We want someone who is motivated by hitting targets, opening doors, and scaling Finder's footprint in the UK finance sector. You'll be pitching to the biggest names in the industry, helping them leverage Finder's audience to grow their brands. This role offers a great entry point into fintech, where you'll receive hands-on mentorship while managing a real-world sales pipeline, allowing you to master complex commercial negotiations and marketing strategies.
The Mission: Drive Growth
The goal is simple: Increase revenue and exceed growth targets. You will be the engine room of our sales pipeline, responsible for:
- Outbound Prospecting: Identifying and cold-reaching new financial service providers and agencies to bring them onto the Finder platform.
- Closing Deals: Negotiating commercial terms (CPC, CPA, and revenue share) and selling high-impact exposure packages like native tenancies and branded content.
- Brand Representation: Being the face of Finder at industry events and across LinkedIn to build a professional network that converts into leads.
- Outcome Ownership: Taking full accountability for your sales funnel, from the first "hello" to the signed contract.
