Finder is looking for a charismatic, high-energy Video & Social Media Presenter to join our London crew. This position is laser-focused on content creation, audience engagement, and building brand authority. We want someone who is motivated by going viral, demystifying finance, and scaling Finder’s footprint across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook in the UK. You’ll be the relatable face breaking down the biggest names in the industry, helping everyday consumers make smarter financial decisions while elevating the Finder brand. This role offers a fantastic entry point into the intersection of fintech and digital media. You’ll receive hands-on mentorship while managing a real-world content schedule, allowing you to master writing, presenting, social strategy, algorithm optimisation, and digital storytelling.

The Mission: Drive Engagement & Audience Growth

The goal is simple: Increase our follower count, build a highly engaged audience and impress our advertiser partners with the quality of your work. You will be the creative engine of our YouTube and social channels, responsible for:

  • Content Creation: Pitching, scripting, filming, and editing long-form and short-form video content that hooks viewers in the first 3 seconds and keeps them watching.
  • On-Camera Storytelling: Being the dynamic, relatable face of Finder, translating complex financial jargon into entertaining, bite-sized, and highly shareable social posts.
  • Trend-Spotting: Constantly monitoring the social landscape to jump on viral audio, meme formats, and current events before they peak.
  • Outcome Ownership: Taking full accountability for your content pipeline, from the initial brainstorm to hitting “publish” and analysing the engagement metrics.
  • Content Partnership Success: Championed relationships with tier-one UK fintech partners to produce high-quality collaborative content, driving brand engagement and excellent partner satisfaction.

Requirements

We aren’t looking for years of traditional broadcasting experience; we’re looking for raw aptitude, on-screen magnetism, and a hustle mentality. This role is perfect for a budding content creator, or someone with 1 to 5 years of social media video experience who wants to transition into the fast-paced world of Fintech. You will work alongside an experienced senior video producer.

  • The Natural Presenter: You are hungry to build a long-term career in digital media. You thrive on camera and possess the energy, confidence, and authenticity required to stop a user from scrolling.
  • Commercially Sharp: You understand that social media isn’t just about likes; it’s a numbers game tied to business goals. You’re eager to master the commercial aspects of the business and enjoy collaborating with brands.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You can craft a compelling hook and deliver an engaging message, whether you’re explaining interest rates or reviewing a new travel credit card.
  • Platform-Literate: You know exactly what works natively on TikTok versus YouTube Shorts, and you’re quick and proficient with mobile native editing tools.
  • The Written Word: In addition to your onscreen presence, you are also an excellent writer and will contribute to site content and partner collaborations.
  • Self-Starter: You don’t wait to be handed a script; you see a trending conversation in the personal finance space, you grab your ring light, and you go after it.
