Finder is looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Ad Ops Executive to join our London crew. This position is laser-focused on campaign execution, technical troubleshooting, and performance analysis. We want someone who is motivated by maximising ROI, streamlining ad operations, and scaling the efficiency of advertisers' campaigns across Finder’s sites, email and social media.

You’ll be managing and executing campaigns for the biggest names in the industry, ensuring their campaigns run smoothly and deliver results. This role offers a great entry point into the fast-paced world of fintech and ad tech. You’ll receive hands-on mentorship while managing real-world campaign deliveries, allowing you to master ad operations, tracking technologies, and performance marketing strategies.

The Mission: Drive Performance

The goal is simple: Maximise yield, ensure seamless delivery, and exceed campaign targets. You will be the engine room of our marketing operations, responsible for:

  • Campaign Setup & Trafficking: Implementing, testing, and launching digital ad campaigns, native tenancies, and branded content across our platforms ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Optimisation & Yield Management: Monitoring daily performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, and revenue share) and proactively raising opportunities to maximise client ROI and internal revenue.
  • Member Rewards: Own the tracking and validation of member eligibility for Finder Reward incentive campaigns, ensuring flawless execution of our rewards program.
  • End-of-Month Reporting: Meticulously compile and reconcile monthly revenue reports, equipping the Finance team with the exact data needed to invoice our advertising partners accurately and on time.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Acting as the first line of defence for ad delivery. You’ll identify and resolve tracking issues, conversion misfires, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Outcome Ownership: Taking full accountability for the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from the moment the sales contract is signed to the final revenue report.

Requirements

We aren’t looking for years of experience; we’re looking for aptitude, technical curiosity, and attitude. This role is perfect for someone with 1 to 5 years of digital marketing, affiliate marketing or ad ops experience who wants to transition into the fast-paced world of Fintech.

  • The Analytical Operator: You love digging into the details and ensuring things run seamlessly behind the scenes. You thrive on structure, accuracy, and problem-solving.
  • Commercially Sharp: You understand that digital marketing is a numbers game. You are eager to master the technical metrics of affiliate and performance marketing to drive better commercial outcomes.
  • Tech-Savvy & Data-Literate: You can look at a spreadsheet of clicks, tags, and conversions, spot anomalies, and implement technical solutions. Familiarity with ad servers, Google Analytics, or Tag Manager is a huge plus.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You can translate complex technical tracking issues or data-heavy performance reports into plain English for our sales team and external clients.
  • Self-Starter: You don’t wait for a campaign to underperform before stepping in; you proactively monitor dashboards, spot optimisation opportunities, and take action.
