Finden Advisory has been retained to appoint the first Head of HR for a fast-growing (c90 FTE), private equity-backed business in the financial services sector founded in Leceister but with a growing footprint across the UK.
This is a rare opportunity to create a people function from the ground up in a company that has doubled in size in recent years and has significant further growth planned through acquisitions.

We are keen to speak with HR professionals who:
· Thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments. Ideally those who have operated in a high-growth or private equity backed business.
· Bring a strong generalist background and have the capability to build and develop a function that supports the entire business.
· Are happy to roll their sleeves up and Do as well as Lead.
· Have the mental agility to operate both strategically and tactically (often in the same day).
· May currently be operating as an HR Manager and ready for their first “Head of” role, or already a Head of HR seeking the excitement of a high-growth, acquisitive environment.
