The Mission
This is not a social media manager role. This is not a traditional copywriting job. This is a high-velocity, AI-First position where you will master GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation). You will work alongside educators and subject specialists to turn expert knowledge into multiple pieces of content that AI models (Google AI Overviews, Gemini, ChatGPT) love to read, understand, and - most importantly - cite.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prompt Engineering: Moving beyond "Write a post" to building complex, multi-step workflows that generate elite-level output.
- The "One-to-Many" System: Mastering the art of taking one expert topic and rapidly generating 20–40 high-authority assets (Guides, FAQs, and Social Content) per week.
- Google AI Overviews & LLM Optimisation: Structuring content so it is perfectly formatted for AI Overviews and citations.
- Rapid Iteration: Testing what works, seeing what gets cited, and doubling down. We move fast and break things (then fix them with better prompts).
