Are you a creative and detail-driven Photographer with a passion for storytelling through imagery? Join the Findel team as our Photographer and help bring our products and educational brands to life across websites, social media and marketing campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
- Capture high-quality product and lifestyle photography in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Buying and Marketing teams to deliver compelling visual content.
- Set up and manage studio and location shoots, including lighting, props, and model coordination.
- Edit and retouch images for use across digital platforms.
- Embrace emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance and streamline image creation.
- Ensure all photographic content is delivered on time and meets the highest standards.
- Manage shoot logistics, including scheduling, product availability and child model compliance documentation and product handling.
About You:
- Proven experience in a similar photography role with a strong portfolio to showcase your talents.
- Fluent in Adobe Photoshop and other industry-standard tools on Mac.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems and meet tight deadlines.
- Interest or experience in AI-assisted image creation and editing.
- Enhanced DBS check (required for working with child models – provided by Findel).
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for location shoots.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with AI tools for image and video generation (e.g. Midjourney, Runway Gen-2, or Pika Labs).
- Experience combining traditional studio photography with AI-based augmentation – for example, extending backgrounds, generating props, adjusting scenes, or producing consistent lighting across composite assets.
- Experience in prompt engineering and AI-based image refinement.
