Findel Education is developing a new SEND Provision & Inclusion capability to support schools, trusts and local authorities in delivering effective, needs-led provision across inclusive learning environments. We are seeking a passionate and commercially minded Marketing Manager to play a key role in shaping how this proposition is communicated and brought to market.

About the role

This is an opportunity to contribute to a developing area of the business, leading marketing activity that supports growth, strengthens customer engagement and builds credibility within the SEND and inclusion sector. This is not a traditional product-led marketing role. You will work across provision-led campaigns, practitioner engagement and authority-building activity, helping position Findel as a recognised partner in SEND and inclusion. Reporting to the newly created role of Head of SEND Proposition & Growth, you will collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Creative, Buying, Ecommerce, Sales and Business Intelligence to deliver integrated, insight-led marketing activity aligned to SEND growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead SEND marketing strategies to drive growth, customer penetration and market share.
  • Champion the SEND brand proposition and consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Plan and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, events and partnerships.
  • Drive demand generation aligned to growth targets, including targeted activity for priority MATs.
  • Build SEND authority through engagement with practitioners, influencers, clinical advisors and sector partners.
  • Strengthen SEND visibility and discoverability across digital and ecommerce channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing activity with customer needs and commercial priorities.
  • Use market and customer insight to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage budgets, track performance and optimise return on investment.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, MATs, SENCOs and key sector stakeholders.
  • Opportunity to help establish a scalable inclusion-focused business within Findel and the wider Manutan Group.

About you

You will be a commercially minded and insight-led marketer, with the ability to translate customer understanding into effective marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth. Comfortable working cross-functionally, you will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of education marketing and customer engagement is crucial, however, this role also requires the ability to understand the challenges and realities of SEND provision within schools and Trusts. This is not simply about promoting products, but about building authority, credibility and trust within a highly specialist and increasingly strategic area of education.

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager role, with demonstrable success in driving growth and customer engagement.
  • Understanding of SEND, inclusion or MAT-sector.
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Understanding of content-led SEO, authority-building and ecommerce demand generation.
  • Experience of budget management and tracking.
  • Understanding of performance tracking and data attribution models across core marketing channels.
  • Great communicator, confident in building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Driven, with the ability to work under own initiative, with an eye for detail.
  • Experience within education, public sector or specialist B2B sectors desirable.
  • Experience working across international or multi-market activity.

Appointments will be subject to appropriate safeguarding checks.
