We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity across our International Schools and Trade portfolios. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving brand growth, improving customer engagement, and delivering effective, insight‑led campaigns that make a real impact. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑energy team working collaboratively across the business and externally, helping to shape the future of Findel’s global presence.
You will design and deliver a brand‑focused marketing programme aimed at retaining and growing our international customer base. You’ll lead demand‑driving activities, campaign planning, ABM/CRM initiatives and event presence across key international markets, always championing the customer and their needs.
What You’ll Do- Lead and support growth plans across International Schools and Trade, developing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop and deliver customer engagement plans, ABM/CRM strategies and targeted demand‑generation activity.
- Manage end‑to‑end marketing campaigns from brief through to evaluation, using insight to optimise performance.
- Oversee Findel’s international presence at major events such as the Nuremberg Toy Fair and global school conferences.
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships, notably with the International Sales Team, to ensure aligned, effective execution of marketing plans.
- Track and manage marketing budgets, ensuring activity is measurable and delivers strong ROI.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage and nurture international partnerships, distributors and membership associations to elevate the Findel International brand.
- Degree level or CIM qualification or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in an international marketing role, ideally within the education sector although this is not essential.
- Relevant experience 4 years+ preferably including a mix of traditional and non‑traditional marketing.
- Experience of CRM and campaign planning.
- Experience of budget management and tracking.
- Great communicator, confident in building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Demonstrate passion for the customer.
- Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive and resourceful.
- Driven, with the ability to work under own initiative, with an eye for detail.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to Findel sites and for customer engagement.
- Able to travel internationally (ca. 4 weeks per year).
