We are now seeking a commercial and strategically capable leader to shape and grow this proposition.

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the development of a credible and scalable SEND offering, aligned to how schools identify need, plan provision and make purchasing decisions. You will work across proposition development, customer engagement and go-to-market activity, helping to build a practical and commercially sustainable approach. Reporting to the CMO and working cross-functionally with Buying, Sales, Ecommerce and Marketing teams, you will establish the positioning of Findel as a trusted partner in the SEND and inclusion space.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive commercial performance through proposition development, range optimisation and needs-led solutions.
  • Identify growth opportunities across SEND needs, provision types and customer segments using market insight.
  • Support development of practical, outcome-led bundles and inclusion-focused solutions.
  • Shape a credible proposition aligned to SEND frameworks and inclusive classroom practice.
  • Build strong understanding of customer challenges, including funding pressures and decision-making processes.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to strengthen engagement and support consultative, solution-led approaches.
  • Contribute to campaigns, events and partnerships that drive SEND awareness and engagement.
  • Improve the end-to-end customer journey, including digital discoverability and ecommerce experience.
  • Collaborate with Buying and cross-functional teams to align range direction with customer and commercial priorities.
  • Build relationships with SENCOs, MATs, inclusion leaders and wider practitioner networks.
  • Support the development of external partnerships and represent Findel professionally within the SEND and inclusion community.

About you

You will bring a blend of strategic thinking and practical delivery, with the ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders. You will be collaborative, commercially aware and motivated by improving outcomes in inclusive education.

  • Experience developing customer-led propositions or category growth plan.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across commercial, product and customer function.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and execution skills.

Desirable

  • Understanding of schools, MATs or public-sector education environments.
  • Experience supporting consultative or solution-led sales approaches.
  • Exposure to digital commerce, customer engagement or content-led marketing.

Appointments will be subject to appropriate safeguarding checks.
