The Opportunity

You will lead a multiskilled team of Customer Account Managers and Telemarketing Executives, driving high performance, strong commercial outcomes, and excellent customer engagement. You’ll champion a customer success mindset across the team—ensuring every interaction adds value, strengthens loyalty, and helps schools and nurseries access the best of what Findel has to offer.   • Experience supporting customers with digital tools or platforms.
