Are you an experienced and commercially focussed Key Account Manager with a passion for driving new business and building long term customer relationships? Do you thrive on winning high-value contracts and delivering customer-centric solutions? Findel Education is growing â and weâre looking to expand our Early Years team with an additional Key Account Manager, predominantly supporting our Hope Education Early Years offer.
Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, youâll manage a portfolio of strategic nursery chain accounts, while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities. Youâll work closely with nursery group head offices, regional managers and procurement teams as well as individual nursery settings, using insightâled, consultative selling to grow share of wallet and deepen longâterm partnerships.
What Youâll Do- Manage, retain and grow highâvalue nursery chain accounts.
- Develop and deliver account growth plans, including upsell and crossâsell activity.
- Identify and convert new business at nursery group and headâoffice level.
- Build and maintain a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.
- Lead the onboarding and mobilisation of new nursery chain customers.
- Be our brand ambassador, representing Findel & Hope at Early Years events and exhibitions.
- Use CRM and performance data to drive activity, opportunity management and results.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Youâre a resultsâdriven sales professional who enjoys autonomy, accountability and customer engagement. Ideally, youâll bring:
- Proven experience in sales, account management or business development, ideally within Early Years (highly desirable), education or relevant B2B sector experience.
- A strong track record of account growth and new business conversion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholderâmanagement skills.
- CRM mastery, commercial insight, and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Results-driven with a growth mindset, resilience, and a passion for making a difference.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout England for customer engagement.
