Findel Education is on the move β and we\βre looking to expand our team with another Business Development Manager to lead the charge.
What You\βll Do
Own and grow strategic relationships with Multi Academy Trusts (MATs), Independent Schools, Local Authorities, and other key education customers.
Drive new business across our full portfolio β from educational resources and large furniture projects to non-traditional services like utilities.
Lead account mobilisation and development for 12 months post-win, before handing over to our Key Account Team.
What You\βll Bring
Proven success in winning large new business through solution selling, strategic account management, and new business development.
Deep understanding of the education sector, procurement frameworks and customer buying behaviours.
CRM mastery, commercial insight, and the ability to influence at all levels.
