You will lead a multiskilled team of Customer Account Managers and Telemarketing Executives, driving high performance, strong commercial outcomes, and excellent customer engagement. You’ll champion a customer success mindset across the team—ensuring every interaction adds value, strengthens loyalty, and helps schools and nurseries access the best of what Findel has to offer. What You Will Bring to the Role

- Proven experience in telemarketing/telesales leadership, or customer account management.
- Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing individuals and teams.
- Commercial awareness and experience delivering revenue, growth, or lead generation targets.
- Ability to turn campaign briefs into clear, actionable plans.
- Experience supporting customers with digital tools or platforms.
- Data‑driven mindset with strong organisational and reporting skills.
