Are you an experienced commercial trailblazer with a passion for driving new business and strategic partnerships in the UK education sector? Do you thrive on winning high-value contracts, building long-term relationships, and delivering customer-centric solutions?

Findel Education is on the move — and we’re looking to expand our team with another Business Development Manager to lead the charge.

  • Own and grow strategic relationships with Multi Academy Trusts (MATs), Independent Schools, Local Authorities, and other key education customers.
  • Drive new business across our full portfolio — from educational resources and large furniture projects to non-traditional services like utilities.
  • Lead account mobilisation and development for 12 months post-win, before handing over to our Key Account Team.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver tailored, high-impact commercial solutions.

Proven success in winning large new business through solution selling, strategic account management, and new business development. CRM mastery, commercial insight, and the ability to influence at all levels.
